Jacob and John were professional and courteous with their mannerisms and work ethic. They fixed our AC unit and explained the issues and resolutions along the way. I am satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend. I felt I could trust them that they were doing the right thing.

Jacob and John were very courteous and professional technicians who fixed the AC. They were also careful and respectful when walking around the house moving the ladder and cleaned up after themselves. At the end of the service visit they made sure all of our questions were answered. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

We were having issues with our residential AC. Another company which we had used for several years kept coming back and unfortunately not resolving the issue. I decided to give Evergreen a try and boy, they certainly know their stuff! A part had to be ordered and, once delivered, the technicians were here the next day (in 90-degree heat)! Our attic, where the air handler is located, must have been 150 degrees but they got the job done! Thank you to everyone at Evergreen, Bianca & Erin are gracious, helpful & welcoming on the phone (also keeping us updated almost daily on the expected service times) and the technicians, Adam & his sidekick John, went above & beyond to resolve our issue. Thanks to them we finally have working AC! A+++++ Service!
