Terms and exclusions:
Due to age, mineral buildup, unseen, corrosion, previous structural stress, or improper, original installation, removing seized, corroded, or stuck tub, spout carries inherent risk of stress or damage to hidden piping behind the wall.

If hidden piping, fittings, or drop your elbows feel, sheer, leak, or turn inside the wall cavity during standard removal efforts, work will stop immediately. Any required wall access and subsequent piping repair will be considered outside the initial scope of work and will require a separate sign change order at standard labor, and material rates. Contractor is not responsible for drywall title tile or cosmetic surface restoration.
