Requirements
- Licensed HVAC or HVAC/R Technician in Rhode Island
- 1+ years of field experience
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Experience diagnosing & repairing residential and light commercial systems
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communicator who values teamwork & customer service
- Motivated to grow and help others succeed
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot & repair HVAC/R systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency calls
- Communicate clearly with team, dispatch, and customers
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
- Keep a clean, organized vehicle and workspace
Bonus Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Experience with ductless mini-splits, boilers, or heat pumps
- Electrical or plumbing background — cross-training opportunities available

- $35–$45/hr depending on experience, plus performance incentives & commissions
