UBJECT: Installation of Two New Daikin 9K Mini Splits and One New Daikin 12K Mini Split Air Handler with one New Outdoor 3 Ton Condenser and One Daikin Communicating Thermostat

DESCRIPTION:

Purchase and install one new 36K BTU Condenser located on the Left side of the home.

Purchase and install one new 9K BTU head in Dining Room.

Purchase and install one new 9K BTU head in Study.

Purchase and install one new 12K BTU Mini-split Air Handler to be located in Attic Area

Purchase and install one new Daikin Communicating Thermostat and configure

Cut in 4 Ceiling boots in attic and install Grilles in 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom

Cut in one main Upstairs Hallway Return 20X20 at top of stairs and flex with appropriate size duct

Purchase and install Plenums, Collars, Flex, and Duct for Air Handler.

Purchase and place Drain pan, Risers, Condensate pump or drain, and Float switch.

Purchase and install roughly 55-60ft Fortress cover

OUTDOOR UNIT HAS TO BE INSTALLED 6’-8’ AWAY FROM ANY GAS OR ELETRICAL METERS OR LINES TO MEET LOCAL MECHNICAL CODE.


Purchase and install Communication Wire from outdoor unit to newly installed Evap Coil.
Install all necessary Condensate Piping from Indoor Fan Coil to outside unit.
Install all necessary copper piping and fittings to connect Line Set to newly installed condensor
Fill and test Line-Set from indoor unit to outdoor and check for leaks using 400-500psi of Nitrogen (new mini split).
Purchase and install one new 10/2 wires from electrical panel to location of each new Disconnect.
Purchase and install Breaker for Electric Panel Double pole 30AMP
EPH is to install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for Mini Split.
Purchase and install one new 220v Whip for Mini Split.
Evacuate all moisture from all equipment down to 500 Microns.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels.
Add R-32
