Customer has a weak flush on the toilet, hoping we could help him out after a quick inspection found the toilet is likely clogged with sediment. The flush valve is operating fine. The toilet is just not producing a very powerful jet of water. Did our best to try to clear out the jets and it didn’t make a significant difference. I presented the customer with the option for a customer supplied toilet he wasn’t ready to move on at this time, but he has received the email.
