**Completed Mini Split Heat Pump Replacement**

Evergreen Services successfully completed the replacement of an existing ductless mini split heat pump system with a new high-efficiency 24,000 BTU mini split heat pump.


* Safe removal and proper disposal of the existing indoor and outdoor equipment.
* Installation of a new 24,000 BTU outdoor condenser and matching indoor wall-mounted air handler.
* Placement of the outdoor unit in compliance with all applicable local mechanical and electrical code clearance requirements.
* Installation of new Fortress line set covers, fittings, elbows, couplings, and termination components for a clean, professional appearance.
* Installation of new communication wiring between the indoor and outdoor units.
* Installation of a new condensate drain system to ensure proper moisture removal.
* Installation of all required refrigerant piping and copper fittings.
* Pressure testing of the refrigerant lines with 450–500 PSI of nitrogen to verify a leak-free system.
* Installation of a new 220-volt electrical disconnect and electrical whip. A new double-pole breaker was installed where required to meet manufacturer specifications.
* Evacuation of the refrigerant system to below 500 microns to remove all moisture and non-condensables prior to commissioning.
* Opening of service valves, system startup, and verification of proper refrigerant charge and operating performance. R-32 refrigerant was added as required to achieve manufacturer specifications.
* Comprehensive system testing to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
