Heat pump Repair, Install & Replacement in Providence, RI

Subject: DAIKIN 4-ZONE MINI-SPLIT SYSTEM – FIRST FLOOR
Evergreen Services will furnish and install one complete Daikin 4-Zone Mini-Split system to provide cooling and heat-pump operation for the first floor of the dwelling.
DESCRIPTION:
- INDOOR EQUIPMENT
Purchase and install four (4) new Daikin 9,000 BTU wall-mounted Mini-Split indoor units, Model FTXV09AVJU9, in the following locations:
* Living Room – Front
* Living Room – Middle
* Kitchen
* Office
- OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT
Purchase and install one (1) new Daikin 36,000 BTU 4-Zone Multi-Split Inverter Heat Pump outdoor unit to serve all four indoor units.
Purchase and install one new Rector Seal Mini-Split equipment stand and/or exterior wall-mounted bracket as required.
Outdoor unit will be installed with all required clearances from gas meters, gas piping, windows, doors, and other building openings per applicable code.
- REFRIGERANT PIPING & LINE-HIDE
Purchase and install all necessary insulated copper refrigerant line sets from each indoor unit to the outdoor unit.
Line sets will be routed along the exterior and/or through accessible basement areas as needed.
All exposed exterior refrigerant piping, control wiring, and condensate piping will be concealed in new white Fortress/Slim Duct where applicable.
All refrigerant piping and insulation will meet manufacturer requirements and applicable mechanical code.
- ELECTRICAL
Purchase and install necessary electrical wiring from an available electrical source to the new outdoor unit, subject to existing electrical panel capacity.
Purchase and install one new 220/240V electrical disconnect and properly sized electrical whip.
Electrical panel or service upgrades are not included unless specifically stated in this proposal.
- CONDENSATE DRAINAGE
Purchase and install new condensate drain piping for all four indoor units as required and route to appropriate termination points.
- START-UP & COMMISSIONING
