Fix leak to the outdoor spigot. Shut one off the home. Drain pressure off the lines. Cut out one half inch copper tee. Cut out 1/2 inch copper 90. Install new half-inch copper tee. Install new half inch copper 90. Return pressure system. Inspect for leaks
