DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and install one new 12K BTU Condenser located on LEFT side of DWELLING.
Purchase and install the new 12K BTU head. Located in upstairs bedroom.
OUTDOOR UNIT HAS TO BE INSTALLED 6’-8’ AWAY FROM ANY GAS OR ELETRICAL METERS OR LINES TO MEET LOCAL MECHNICAL CODE.
Purchase and install all necessary Fortress line set covers (roughly 20ft), couplings, 90s, and terminations.
Purchase and install Communication Wire from outdoor unit to newly installed Evap Coil.
Install all necessary Condensate Piping from Indoor Fan Coil to outside unit.
Install all necessary copper piping and fittings to connect Line Set to newly installed condenser.
Fill and test Line-Set from indoor unit to outdoor and check for leaks using 450-500 PSI of Nitrogen (new mini split).
EPH is to install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for Mini Split.
Purchase and install one new 220v Whip for Mini Split.
EPH to install a new double pole breaker according to manufacturer specs.
EPH to run line voltage from breaker panel to location of new disconnect using appropriate romex wire.
Evacuate all moisture from all equipment down below 500 Microns.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels.
Add R-32 if needed.
All parts and labor to complete the project are included in this price quote.
