Customer had a toilet leaking from the tank. Leak was visible on the left side bolt. I created an estimate for a new tank to bowl bolt set. Customer accepted the estimate. After switching to the new bolts, the tank continued to leak. I tried everything I could to get the toilet to stop leaking and realized the tank itself must have a hairline fracture. I discussed this with a customer. She was not pleased but had limited options so we agreed to spin the estimate into a new toilet
