SUBJECT: Installation of one new LG 2-Ton Heat Pump Condenser with two LG 7K BTU cassette's for the bedrooms and one 12K BTU Cassette for the Living area. Run new gas line from stove and dryer to back of home where the Propane tanks will be located.

DESCRIPTION:
Remove and dispose of existing gas fired Boiler and water heater
Purchase and Install two 7K BTU LG Ceiling Cassettes . Model: LG KNMDB071A
Purchase and Install one 12K BTU LG Ceiling Cassettes. Model: LG KNUDB121A
Purchase and Install one LG 24K BTU R-32 Condenser. Model: GLXS3BN2410 (Must be 6 feet from electric meter.)
Purchase and Install one new 40 Gallon Natural gas water heater. Model: RHEPROG40S-38NRH62
Purchase and install one new secondary drain pan under walter heater
Purchase and install new line sets from Cassettes to Condenser
Fill Line Set with 350psi of Nitrogen and test for leaks.
Purchase and install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for AC Condenser.
Purchase and Install one 220v Whip for newly installedCondenser.
Purchase and install new Condenser Pad
Evacuate all moisture from all AC equipment.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels. Add R-32 if needed.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
