SUBJECT: Replacement of Existing Bryant Furnace, Coil and Condenser with Installation of New Goodman 97% High Efficiency Warm-Air Furnace (Heat Pump Capable) with New 4-Ton EEV Coil, New Goodman 4-Ton 17.5 Seer2 Heat Pump in Place of Existing System with Line Set to Remain and Be Flushed Per Manufacturers Recommendation
DESCRIPTION:
Shut down power to existing Furnace.
Shut down Natural Gas to existing Furnace.
Shut down Line Voltage to existing Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing Bryant Warm-Air Furnace.
Remove and dispose of existing Up-Flow Coil.
Remove and dispose of existing R-22 Condenser on roof approximately 2nd story.
**Evergreen Services will have 3rd party company remove Condenser from roof and place new Heat Pump Side Discharge in its place with Crane.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 97% AFUE Two-Stage Variable Speed Communicating Warm-Air Furnace. Model: GRVT960804CN
Purchase and install one new Goodman R-32 Up-Flow 4-Ton Cased Evaporator Coil with EEV for Heat Pump. Model: CAPEA6030C3
Purchase and install one new Goodman R-32 4-Ton 17.5 Seer2 8.6 HSPF2 Communicating Heat Pump. Model: GZV7SA4810

Existing line set connected to both Coil and Condenser is to be flushed and reconnected to newly installed equipment.
Reconnect existing electrical, venting and gas lines to newly installed Goodman Furnace.
Purchase and install any new line set between existing Line Set to Coil and Heat Pump.
Purchase and install one new Heat Pump pad and/or stand and secure outdoor unit in place.
Purchase and install all necessary electrical connections for Heat Pump.
Purchase and install one new Goodman Communicating digital thermostat for new Heat Pump. Please note: This thermostat is required to install communicating system.
Seal and insulate any ductwork modified or installed as part of this project using approved materials.
Existing ductwork is to remain unless otherwise noted.
Pressure test system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks are present.
