Called out for low pressure at the kitchen sink — turned out the supply stop valve under the sink had partially seized, restricting flow to about half what it should be. Replaced the old 1/4-turn valve with a new brass ball valve, flushed the line, pressure came right back up. Checked the other fixture stops while I was there; one under the bathroom lav was stiff too, so I freed that up before leaving.
