Arrived on site at the customer’s request to provide an estimate for duct cleaning involving seven registers. Completed a visual inspection of the registers in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and common area. Observed significant dust, dirt, and debris buildup on the register grilles and within the visible portions of the duct openings. Recommend cleaning all seven registers and their associated ductwork to remove accumulated debris.

Recommended service includes removing and cleaning the register grilles, protecting surrounding floors and furnishings, and using appropriate agitation tools and vacuum equipment to loosen and extract dust and debris from accessible duct interiors. After cleaning, reinstall the registers and inspect the serviced areas for remaining visible buildup.

Insert the duct-cleaning vacuum hose and brush into each accessible duct opening. Use the brush to loosen accumulated dust, dirt, and debris from the interior surfaces while the vacuum extracts the loosened material. Work through each accessible section, paying particular attention to buildup around the register openings and reachable bends.

Clean each removed register grille using an appropriate cleaning solution to remove surface dirt and residue. Wipe the accessible surfaces around the duct openings, keeping cleaning liquids away from insulation and system components. Allow the cleaned grilles to dry fully before reinstalling and securing them.
