Evergreen Services arrived on site at customers request to evaluate and clean seven ductless mini split and door heads. All seven and door heads and their corresponding outdoor outdoor condenser units were inspected due to the time and equipment required to complete a through deep cleaning. Evergreen Services will return at a leader scheduled date to perform the complete cleaning maintenance on all seven heads
* Shut down and disconnect power to each system before servicing.
* Remove and clean all washable air filters.
* Remove the front covers, louvers, and accessible components.
* Install a protective cleaning bib around each indoor unit.
* Apply an approved coil-cleaning solution to each evaporator coil.
* Thoroughly rinse the evaporator coils to remove embedded dust, dirt, grease, mold-like buildup, and debris.
* Clean and sanitize the blower wheels, drain pans, louvers, covers, and accessible interior surfaces.
* Flush and clear each condensate drain line to confirm proper drainage and reduce the risk of water leakage.
* Inspect the coils, blower assemblies, electrical connections, temperature sensors, and visible refrigerant piping for signs of damage or abnormal conditions.
* Reassemble all seven indoor heads and restore power.
* Operate and test each unit for proper airflow, cooling or heating performance, temperature response, condensate drainage, and unusual noise or vibration.
* Clean the immediate work areas and properly dispose of debris collected during service.

Any defective components, refrigerant issues, drain repairs, or additional work discovered during cleaning will be documented and quoted separately before repairs are performed.
