AC Repair, Install & Replacement in Cranston, RI

Evergreen Services was called out to property for system not cooling.
Upon arrival service expert found existing Goodman Air Handler board did not have 24v.
Turned on power to Air Handler and tested Transformer.
Transformer was not producing 24v.
Traces wires back to contactor and found low voltage spade connector had corroded.
Replaced existing spade connector and sealed both wires to contactor with electrical tape.
Replaced existing Low Voltage Fuse on control board.
Turned on 220v breaker to system and tested transformer.
System is not producing 24v and control board is working.
Turn on system at Nest thermostat and check for proper operation.

Upon testing Delta T across supply and return grills service expert found existing charge is low.
Subcooling target is 10° and system is currently running a -.4° of subcooling.
Add R-410a to existing system and bring up our vapor saturation temp to above freezing.
Charge with enough refrigerant to meet our target subcooling within plus or minus 1°.
Added one treatment of easy seal leak sealant for micro leaks on line sent
Confirm Delta T is operating at manufacturers recommended temperatures.
Evergreen Services would recommend a cleaning and service in the next year max.
All is in proper working order at this time.
