Evergreen Services will perform a detailed heat-exchanger cleaning on the 90% high-efficiency IBC gas boiler. The service will include shutting down and isolating the boiler, removing the burner assembly, and inspecting the combustion chamber, burner, igniter, flame sensor, and heat exchanger for carbon buildup, debris, deterioration, or signs of condensate leakage.

The heat exchanger will be thoroughly cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommended procedure. The condensate trap and drainage system will also be inspected and cleared as necessary. The existing burner/heat-exchanger gasket will be removed, the sealing surfaces will be cleaned and inspected, and a new manufacturer-approved gasket will be installed to ensure a proper combustion seal.

After reassembly, Evergreen Services will inspect the gas and venting connections, check for gas and combustion-gas leaks, verify proper ignition and flame operation, and perform a combustion analysis and carbon-monoxide safety test. The boiler will be operated through a complete heating cycle to confirm safe, efficient, and acceptable operation. Any additional damaged or defective components discovered during the service will be documented and presented to the customer before further repairs are completed.
