Evergreen Services arrived on site to perform a comprehensive annual maintenance and high-performance checkup on a 90%+ high-efficiency Navien condensing boiler.

The service included:

* Inspected the heat exchanger, burner assembly, flame rod, igniter, combustion chamber, condensate trap, neutralizer, intake, and exhaust venting.
* Cleaned and serviced the flame rod, burner components, condensate trap, and accessible heat-transfer surfaces as needed.
* Checked the system’s electrical wiring, control board, sensors, safety devices, circulator operation, and thermostat response.
* Inspected the gas piping, water connections, isolation valves, expansion tank, pressure-relief valve, air eliminator, and system piping for leaks or corrosion.
* Verified proper system pressure, temperature operation, ignition sequence, flame stability, and shutdown sequence.
* Checked the condensate drainage system for proper flow and confirmed that the intake and exhaust piping were secure and unobstructed.
* Performed a combustion analysis and reviewed the readings for safe and efficient operation in accordance with Navien specifications.
* Operated the boiler through a complete heating cycle and confirmed proper performance at the time of service.

The Navien boiler was returned to normal operation after the maintenance and high-performance checkup. Any deficiencies or recommended repairs identified during the inspection will be documented separately and presented to the customer.
Evergreen Services performed a detailed condensate neutralizer service and media replacement on the high-efficiency Navien boiler. Removed and properly disposed of the old, depleted neutralizer media. The neutralizer housing, condensate trap, tubing, fittings, and condensate pump reservoir were disassembled and thoroughly cleaned to remove accumulated sediment, sludge, bacteria, and organic buildup.
