Boiler Repair, Install & Replacement near Atlantic Avenue in Warwick, RI

DESCRIPTION:
Shut down existing boiler power. Shut down existing water to boiler and drain. Label piping to ensure proper wiring upon installation of new system. Remove and dispose of existing Boiler.
Purchase and install new Navien Hydronic Boiler Condensing High Efficiency 95% AFUE 150k Btu Modulating GAS fired On-Demand Wall Mounted boiler. Model: NAVNCB-240/150H and a Navien Header Model: NAV30026576C
Remove and dispose of existing piping. Purchase and install each of the following devices and piping for newly installed boiler to meet local mechanical code:

1- Spiral Vent Brass
2- Navien Manifold
3- Expansion Tank
4- Watts 911s9D x Press
5- 2- Circulator 007 IFC Taco
6- Neutralizing condensate pump

Purchase and install new expansion tank.
Purchase and install 911S Backflow/Pressure regulator
Purchase and install two new Taco 007 circulator pump to replace existing zone circulators.
Purchase and install Navien Header
Purchase and install all necessary PVC Piping and Fittings to connect new boiler to new PVC venting penetrating dwelling.
Tie into existing CPVC exhaust and fresh air intake. Evergreen Services will use a two-pipe venting system to allow for exhaust outside of dwelling
Purchase and install all necessary Pro Press, Copper Piping, Valves, and fittings to connect newly installed Navien Boiler to existing supply and return.
Run necessary line voltage and wire in new outlet for unit and condensate pump.
Re-connect gas line
Run vinyl for condensate.
Connect newly installed boiler to existing zones of central heating and domestic water, existing heat source throughout home is all to remain.
Purchase and install all necessary Line Voltage for newly installed boiler, circulator, and existing zone valve control.
Fill and test newly installed boiler and check for leaks.
Fire boiler and test for proper heating and hot water function.
Turn on the newly installed system and test for proper working order.
