SUBJECT: (Option-1 18k Btu Daikin Mini Split for 3rd Floor) Outdoor Unit Next to Existing Propane Tank (Which Evergreen will relocate). Installation of One New Daikin R-32 Mini Split Heat Pump for Single Family Dwelling in 3rd Floor Bedroom/Movie Room with One New Outdoor Single-Zone Heat Pump Condenser

DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and install one new 18k Btu Mini Split heat pump for 3rd floor located on exterior wall (in location discussed with customer) and to connect to single zone outdoor condenser.

Please Note: Customer will frame a flat wooden box for Evergreen Services to install new Indoor Mini Split. Installers will need to discuss location of new Line Sets from 3rd floor down to outdoor unit with customer.
Purchase and install one new Daikin Single-Zone 18k Btu Inverter Heat Pump Condenser for 3rd floor Indoor Mini Split Head. Model: RXC18AXVJU
All mini splits will match there corresponding outdoor inverters.
Purchase and install One new Rector-seal Mini Split Stand and/or one new Rector-seal Mini Split exterior Wall Mounted Bracket. (Wall Mount Brackets are only used IF and ONLY IF customer wants unit to be mounted to dwelling.)
Outdoor Unit will be installed next to existing Bulkhead for this option.
OUTDOOR UNITS HAVE TO BE INSTALLED 6’-8’ AWAY FROM ANY GAS METER OR GAS LINE TO MEET LOCAL MECHNICAL CODE.
Purchase and install all new 1/2” x 1/4" Line Set needed from Indoor Mini Split Head to newly installed Outdoor Heat Pump on outside of dwelling.
Install new Line Set down exterior wall. Install line set inside of dwelling where customer wants and then outside covered in White Fortress. (Rear Right Side.)
Purchase and install any necessary Line Sets needed from Indoor Mini Split Heads to newly installed Outdoor Heat Pumps on exterior of dwelling.
Please Note: All Line Sets for Mini Splits to be installed will be UL approved, and UV protected insulation as required by local mechanical code and hidden in all new White Fortress a.k.a. Wh
