Subject: Replacement of Existing Oil-Fired Boiler for Central Heating with Peerless Gas Fired Hydronic Boiler 83% AFUE in Place of Existing with New Circulator Pump and Piping from ceiling down.

DESCRIPTION:
Shut down existing water to boiler and drain.
Shut down existing boiler power.
Remove and dispose of existing 50 Gallon Water Heater
Purchase and install new 50 Gallon gas water heater.
Label each Zone and Piping to ensure proper wiring upon installation of new system.
Remove and dispose of existing Oil-Fired Boiler.
Purchase and install one new Peerless Hydronic Boiler 83% AFUE Gas Fired. Model: 64-08-SPRK-W-N
Piping for boiler supply and return and domestic hot water connecting to boiler up to the ceiling is to be replaced
Purchase and install each of the following devices and piping for newly installed boiler to meet local mechanical code:
1. Amtrol ASME AX60V expansion tank
2. New steel custom welded header
3. 2-1/2 Spirotherm FLG Air Seperator
4. 1- Taco 1610 circulator Pump
5. 1- Bell & Gossett 1/6 HP,HV NFI Circulator pump
6. 4 - Isolation Flanges (1-pair for each circulator)
Purchase and install all necessary Smoke Pipe/Venting for new boiler from newly installed boiler to existing chimney. (If Needed)
Purchase and install all necessary Pro Press, Copper Piping, Valves, and fittings to connect newly installed Peerless Boiler to supply and returns.
Connect newly installed boiler to existing zones of Central Heating.
Existing heat source throughout Church is all to remain.
Purchase and install all necessary line Voltage for newly installed boiler and circulator control. (If needed).
Fill and test newly installed boiler and check for leaks.
Fire boiler and test for proper heating function.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
