SUBJECT: OPTION-2 96% FURNACE, COIL, & 15.2 Seer CONDENSER
Installation of New 80k Btu 96% High Efficiency Warm Air Furnace in Place of Existing. Installation of New 2.5 Ton Coil and New Goodman 2.5 Ton 15.2 Seer Condenser in Place of Existing System with Line Set to be Flushed or Replaced. Unit is in Basement.
DESCRIPTION:
Shut down power to existing heating and cooling system.
Remove and dispose of existing Furnace.
Remove and dispose of existing Coil.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 80k Btu 96% AFUE High Efficiency Warm Air Furnace.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 2.5 -Ton Cased Coil with TXV.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 2.5 -Ton 15.2 Seer Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing line set as needed.
Flush existing Line Set unless Evergreen Services needs to replace due to leaks on existing line set.
Purchase and install new properly sized refrigerant line set between indoor Coil and outdoor Condenser.
Purchase and install one new condenser pad and secure outdoor unit in place.
Purchase and install all necessary electrical connections for Furnace and Condenser.
Purchase and install all necessary venting for Furnace
(metal flue for 80% systems or PVC venting for 96% systems).
Purchase and install all necessary ductwork modifications required to connect new equipment to existing system.
Purchase and install condensate management system including pump and drain lines if required.
Purchase and install one new digital thermostat. Wi-Fi capable thermostat available upon customer request (included in this price quote.)
Seal and insulate any ductwork modified or installed as part of this project using approved materials.
Existing ductwork is to remain unless otherwise noted.
Pressure test system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks are present.
Evacuate system to 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants.
Charge system according to manufacturer specifications.
