DESCRIPTION:
Existing Natural Gas Line for RTU is to remain and be disconnected from point of penetration at roof.
Shut down Line Voltage to existing RTU and remove Disconnect from Rooftop Unit.
Remove and dispose of existing Trane 8.5-Ton 225k Btu 3-Phase Rooftop Package Unit.
Evergreen Services will provide Crane Company (3rd party company) but is included in this price quote.
Existing Curb installed in roof is to remain.
Paint existing natural gas line per local mechanical code to ensure gas line doesn’t rust in the future.
Purchase and install one new Daikin 8.5-ton 225k Btu 208/230 3-Phase Single Stage 11.2 EER / 14.8 IEER Rooftop Package unit. Model: DHG1023DH00001S
PLEASE NOTE: Daikin rooftop units are special order and cannot be returned or refunded once they have been purchased. SAME for custom Curb Adapter and Economizer
Purchase and install all necessary gas piping and wiring to complete project.
Location of Rooftop is to be installed in place of existing.
Seal newly installed Rooftop Unit to existing Curb in roof with Foam and Light Duty RTV silicone to ensure no leakage.
Purchase and install one new 220v 3-Phase Whip for newly installed Rooftop Unit.
Reconnect all 220v 3-Phase connections in newly installed Rooftop.
Purchase and install one new 220v 3-Phase Disconnect for newly installed Rooftop Unit.
Reconnect existing 18/5 thermostat wire.
Purchase and install one new Honeywell T-Series Thermostat Digital.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
