DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and install one new 24K BTU Condenser located IN THE REAR RIGHT SIDE of the property
Purchase and install TWO new 7K BTU heads. Both in second floor bedrooms. Location to be determined by homeowner and technician.
15k heat pump head to be installed in living room facing into kitchen area
OUTDOOR UNIT HAS TO BE INSTALLED 6’-8’ AWAY FROM ANY GAS OR ELETRICAL METERS OR LINES TO MEET LOCAL MECHNICAL CODE.
Purchase ansd install all necessary Fortress lineset cover(roughly 60ft), couplings, 90s, and terminations.
Install all necessary Line Set needed from Mini Split to newly installed outdoor heat pumps.
Purchase and install Communication Wire from outdoor unit to newly installed Evap Coil.
Install all necessary Condensate Piping from Indoor Fan Coil to outside unit.
Install all necessary copper piping and fittings to connect Line Set to newly installed condenser.
Fill and test Line-Set from indoor unit to outdoor and check for leaks using 450-500 PSI of Nitrogen (new mini split).
Purchase and install one new 10/2 wires from electrical panel to location of each new Disconnect.
EPH is to install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for Mini Split.
Purchase and install one new 220v Whip for Mini Split.
EPH to run new 240V wire from electrical panel to Disconnect Box.
EPH to install new 30amp double pole breaker.
Evacuate all moisture from all equipment down to 500 Microns.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels.
Add R-32 if needed.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
