Terms and Conditions

Scope of work is strictly limited to the replacement of the shower valve body and immediate trim connections within the exposed wall cavity. Existing supply piping, branch lines, drainage systems and concealed plumbing beyond the immediate repair area were not installed by contractor and have not been fully inspected or tested. Contractor assumes no liability for pre-existing leaks, material degradation or downstream failures of existing plumbing components.
