SUBJECT: Installation of new Gas Furnace, Coil & Condenser

Equipment:
- Goodman furnace- GR9S800803BN.
- Goodman Air handler/coil- CAPTA3626B3.
- Goodman Condenser- GLXS4BA3610 must be more than 6 feet from the electric meter

DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and Install one Goodman 85K BTU Gas fired furnace Model: GR9S800803BN.
Purchase and Install one Goodman 3-Ton R-32 coil. Model: CAPTA3626B3
Purchase and Install one Goodman 3 Ton 13.4 SEER R-32 Condenser. Model: GLXS4BA3610 (Must be 6 feet from electric meter.)
Flush or Install and pressure test all necessary Line Set from the Coil to newly installed outdoor condenser.
Fill Line Set with 350psi of Nitrogen and test for leaks.
Purchase and install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for AC Condensers.
Purchase and Install one 220v Whip for newly installed 13.4 Seer Condensers.
Evacuate all moisture from all AC equipment.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels. Add R-32 if needed.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
