Evergreen Services called out to property for two indoor mini splits with one outdoor condenser that have not had maintenance preformed since they were installed approximately 5 years ago.
Upon arrival service experts found that outdoor unit was slightly dirty but both indoor evaporator coils needed a deep cleaning.
Evergreen services recommends a deep cleaning to both indoor units and a minor cleaning to outdoor condenser.
This service includes a thorough cleaning and preventative maintenance of two indoor mini split evaporators and one outdoor condenser to help improve system performance, indoor air quality, efficiency, and longevity.
Service Includes:
• Remove and clean washable air filters
• Clean evaporator coils on both indoor units
• Clean blower wheels and accessible internal components
• Flush and clean condensate drain lines and drain pans
• Inspect indoor units for mold, dirt buildup, and proper operation
• Clean exterior cabinet surfaces of indoor heads
• Inspect refrigerant line insulation and electrical connections
• Clean outdoor condenser coil and remove debris buildup
• Inspect condenser fan motor and overall outdoor unit condition
• Verify proper heating/cooling operation and temperature split
• Check system performance and airflow
Advised customer how preform cleanings of the indoor units and cage for the future.
Evergreen Services also installed one 4-1/2 white fortress coupling on line set and one 4-1/2 white fortress termination for line set directly behind condenser.
All is in proper working order at this time.
