DESCRIPTION: 
Remove and discard existing R22 system through hole cut for attic filter box.
Purchase and Install one R-32 3.5-ton Air Handler. Model: AMST42CU1300
Purchase and install one Goodman 3-Ton 13.4 SEER R-32 Condenser. Model: GLXS3BN4210
Fill Line Set with 350psi of Nitrogen and test for leaks.
Purchase and install one 220v Whip for newly installed 13.4 Seer Condenser.
Purchase and install new Condenser Pad
Purchase and install new PVC fittings for gravity drain to outside of dwelling.
Purchase and install new drain pan and risers.
Purchase and install a new float switch.
Purchase and install new hallway filter.
Seal and insulate any ductwork that is installed by EPH. (Ductwork must be sealed with Mastic Tape or UL approved Mastic sealant and use R-8 Bubble Wrap to insulate ductwork installed by EPH.
Evacuate all moisture from all AC equipment.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels. Add R-32 if needed.
Electrical Breaker must be replaced in panel in the garage with new double pole breaker.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
