Evergreen Services came out for yearly inspection of AC unit upon arrival. Tech found that indoor drain pan was full with water. Tech turned off unit and inspect drain found that drain was not. Properly. In that drain line will need to be replaced. Tech also found when checking outdoor pressures that the system was a little low on refrigerant tech also noticed that indoor filter was clogged up and outdoor condenser was starting to get clogged up as well. Tech recommends customer change filter every three months and occasionally hose down outdoor condenser.
Shut off unit
Cut out approximately 10 feet of pvc
Ensure new line is supported and properly pitched
Connect new line into plumbing system
