SUBJECT: Installation of New 4 Ton Coil and New Goodman 4 Ton 15.2 Seer Condenser in Place of Existing System with Existing Line Set to be Flushed and Connected to New Equipment.

DESCRIPTION:
Existing Furnace is to remain.
Shut down power to existing system.
Remove and dispose of existing Coil.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 4-5 Ton Coil with TXV.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 4 Ton 15.2 Seer Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing line set as needed.
Purchase and install new properly sized refrigerant line set between Coil and Condenser.
Purchase and install one new condenser pad and secure outdoor unit in place.
Purchase and install all necessary electrical connections for Condenser.
Purchase and install one new digital thermostat. Wi-Fi capable thermostat available upon customer request included in price quote.
Seal and insulate any ductwork modified or installed as part of this project using approved materials.
Existing ductwork is to remain unless otherwise noted.
Pressure test system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks are present.
Evacuate system to 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants.
Charge system according to manufacturer specifications.
Start system and test for proper operation and performance.
All labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this installation are included unless otherwise stated.
