Shut water off the unit
Drain pressure off lines
Cut into hot water line under sink
Add one tee fitting
Add two water shut offs
Reconfigure Plumbing drainage to accommodate dishwasher drain line

Home Depot has been contracted to the actual installation of the dishwasher that includes the electrical end. I will be covering the water connections in the drainage connection. Evergreen Services will not provide any fittings or anything outside of what is written in this estimate.
