Water Heater: disconnect power supply to water heater. Completely drain water
heater.
Pipe drainage blow out: open all interior and exterior faucets, hose, bibs, and
fixtures. Blow compressed air through all supply lines to remove residual water
from hot and cold piping.
Drain Traps and Fixtures: poor nontoxic, eco-friendly antifreeze into all drain P
traps
Toilets: flush and empty toilet tanks and bowls. Fill traps and bowls with nontoxic
antifreeze to prevent cracking.
Return in spring:
this cover is returning in the spring to supervise as the water is turned back on
Warranty
We guarantee that all covered plumbing lines, fixtures, and traps will be drained, blown out, and treated with nontoxic, antifreeze and accordance with standard trade practices. If any plumbing fixture or pipe that was serviced and verified dry/protected during winterization, freezes or burst due to an oversight in our workmanship, we will repair the damage to that specific plumbing component and no additional charge
