Subject: Two New Navien 95% AFUE Boilers in Place of Existing TriangleTube 92% AFUE Combi-Boilers with New Piping and Fittings Required Per Manufacturer and Local Mechanical Code. Installation of Two New Magnetic Particle Filters on Return of Navien Boilers and Two New Scale Inhibitors on Domestic Cold Water Lines Supplying Boiler and Hot Water Heat Exchangers.

DESCRIPTION:
Shut down existing boiler power. Shut down existing water to boiler and drain. Label piping to ensure proper wiring upon installation of new system. Remove and dispose of existing Boilers.

Purchase and install two new Navien Hydronic Boiler Condensing High Efficiency 95% AFUE 110k Btu Modulating Propane Fired On-Demand Wall Mounted boiler. Model: NAVNCB-240/110HRALD AND Two Navien Headers Model: NAV30026576C

Remove and dispose of existing circulator and piping from Zone Valves down to floor. Purchase and install each of the following devices and piping for newly installed boiler to meet local mechanical code:

1. Spiral Vent Brass

2. Navien Manifold

3. Expansion Tank

4. Low Water Cut Off (if not internal on boiler)

5. Watts 911s9D x Press

6. SR501 Taco zone controllers

7. 2- Circulator 007 IFC Taco/Grundfos/Aqua-motion per

9. Scale Inhibitors

Purchase and install new Expansion Tanks to replace old ones.

Purchase and install Two 911S Backflow/Pressure regulators

Purchase and install Two new Taco 007 circulator pumps to replace old circulators

Purchase and install Two Navien Headers with Pumps for Combi

Purchase and install all necessary PVC Piping and Fittings to connect new boiler to new PVC Venting penetrating Dwelling.

New PVC Exhaust and Fresh Air intake. Evergreen Services will use a two-pipe venting system to allow for exhaust outside of dwelling to be pointed down .

Purchase and install all necessary Pro Press, Copper Piping, Valves, and fittings to connect newly installed Navien Boiler to existing supply and return.
