Replace the condensate neutralizer media (acid rocks) because the existing media may be depleted and unable to adequately neutralize acidic condensate. The neutralizer housing should be cleaned as needed, and the new media installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. After cleaning and media replacement, verify proper drainage, inspect for leaks, and confirm that the boiler operates safely and efficiently.
