Boiler Repair, Install & Replacement in Pawtucket, RI

Shut down domestic water to boiler.
Remove and dispose of existing Gas-Fired Steam boiler.
Remove and dispose of existing smoke pipe.
Purchase and install one new Pure Pro 138k Btu Natural Gas-Fired Steam Boiler 82% AFUE. Model: ADVAGS5-HNPurchase and install each of the following devices and piping for newly installed boiler to meet local mechanical code:
1. Low Water Cut Off (Factory Installed)
2. Equalizer
3. Hartford Loop
4. Fire-Matic
Purchase and install all necessary Smoke Pipe and fittings for Venting new Boiler.
Purchase and install all necessary Piping and fittings to connect existing piping to newly installed boiler.
Please Note: Existing Equalizer is to remain with Hartford Loop. Evergreen Services will reconnect to existing Supply and Return Steel Piping.
Purchase and install all necessary Cast Iron Fittings and Steel Piping to connect existing Supply and return to newly installed boiler.
Purchase and install on new 24v Automatic Water Feeder.
Purchase and install all necessary Pro Press fittings to connect Boiler to existing heat source throughout home.
Purchase and install all necessary 120v wiring for newly installed boiler.
Turn on domestic water to boiler and test for leaks.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
