Shut down system.
Drain boiler
Remove 3 ft section of existing baseboard.
Reattach baseboard that is to remain to existing loop.
Refill system and test for proper operation
Total Cost- $398.00

Upon draining existing system service expert noticed existing boiler drain was compromised and was no longer closing as it should.
Remove and dispose of existing boiler drain.
Purchase and install one new 1/2” 1/4 turn boiler drain.
Turn on water and test for leaks.
All is in proper working order at this time.
Total cost: $150.00
