No heat call — circulator pump on a Weil-McLain CGa-5 (2009) seized up completely. Motor windings tested open, impeller wouldn\'t budge even manually. Swapped in a Taco 007-F5 with IFC, bled all zones, verified 180°F supply temp at design firing rate. System back to normal operation.
