Oil-Fired Boiler Deep Cleaning & Complete Burner Tune-Up
Perform a comprehensive deep cleaning, maintenance, and combustion tune-up of the existing oil-fired boiler and burner.
Service includes:
• Shut down and inspect boiler and oil burner prior to service
• Open boiler and thoroughly brush and vacuum heat exchanger and accessible flue passages
• Clean combustion chamber and remove accumulated soot/debris as accessible
• Clean burner assembly, burner head, electrodes, and related components
• Replace oil burner nozzle with properly sized nozzle for existing equipment
• Replace burner pump strainer/gasket as applicable
• Replace oil filter cartridge as applicable
• Inspect oil line, fittings, burner components, wiring, and controls
• Verify and adjust electrode settings and burner head settings as required
• Perform oil burner pump pressure test using calibrated pressure gauge and verify/adjust pump pressure to proper burner specifications
• Perform smoke test and adjust burner for proper combustion
• Perform complete electronic combustion analysis using combustion analyzer, including O₂/CO₂, flue temperature, draft, carbon monoxide, and calculated combustion efficiency
• Verify draft and proper venting operation
• Adjust burner air and combustion settings as required based on test results
• Cycle boiler through operation and verify proper burner ignition, flame operation, high-limit operation, and shutdown
• Final operational and safety inspection

Price includes normal tune-up materials listed above. Any additional repairs, defective components, excessive soot conditions requiring additional labor, or parts outside the normal tune-up scope will be discussed with the customer and quoted separately before proceeding.
