SUBJECT: installation of new 40 Gallon Natural Gas water heater to replace current water heater.

DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and install one new 40 Gallon Natural gas water Heater.
Remove and dispose of existing water heater and non-usable equipment.
Purchase and install each of the following devices and piping for newly installed water heater to meet local mechanical code:
Evergreen Services will use all existing exhaust as possible and will install new exhaust if needed.
Purchase and install all necessary Pro Press, Copper Piping, Valves, and fittings to connect newly installed water heater to existing hot and cold-water lines.
Purchase and install all necessary Line Voltage for newly installed water heater.
Existing gas line is to remain and be reconnected to newly installed Rheem water heater.
perform Combustion Test with Test Combustion Analyzer to ensure all parameters are at manufacturers recommendation.
