Subject: Installation of New 2.5-Ton Air Handler with New 15.2 Seer Goodman 2.5-Ton Condenser.

EQUIPMENT:
Condenser- GZV6SA3010
Air Handler- AHVE36CP1300
Thermostat- DTST-TOU-A

DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and install one new Amana 220v 3-Ton Multi-Speed Single Stage ECM R-32 Air Handler.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 2.5 Ton R-32 16.2 Seer Condenser.
Purchase and install new Daikin communicating thermostat.
Purchase and install all necessary Line Set piping and fittings.
Purchase and install one new condenser pad.
Reconnect new Air Handler to existing ductwork.
Seal and insulate any ductwork that is installed by EPH. (Ductwork must be sealed with Mastic Tape or UL approved Mastic sealant and use R-8 Bubble Wrap to insulate ductwork installed by EPH.
Purchase and install new 20 X 20 return box with 12” flex duct to existing return plenum.
Cut in new return in hallway of second floor in proximity to new thermostat.
Move the supply register in the master bedroom to the other side of the room so that air is not blowing down onto the bed. EPH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PATCHING HOLE WHERE THE OLD SUPPLY REGISTER IS LOCATED.
Purchase and Install Secondary Drain pan/Risers/condensate line/wet switch.
Fill and test all Line Set and Equipment with 350psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks.
Evacuate moisture from all Line Set down to 500 microns.
Open service valves and charge system to meet manufactures Superheat or Sub-Cooling.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
