Installation of New 5-Ton Air Handler with New 13.4 Seer Goodman 5-Ton Condenser in Place of Existing with New Line Set from Air Handler to Existing Condenser Location. Existing Ductwork to Remain

DESCRIPTION:
Shut down Line Voltage to existing Air Handler and Condenser.
Disconnect existing Whip from outdoor unit.
Recover existing R-22 refrigerant per EPA regulations.
Disconnect existing Line Set from Air Handler and Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing Air Handler in Basement.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
New Condenser is to be installed in place of existing.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 220v 5-Ton Multi-Speed Single Stage ECM R-32 Air Handler.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 5-Ton R-32a 13.4 Seer Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing Line Set from indoor unit to Condenser.
Purchase and install one new 7/8” X 3/8” X 50’ Roll of Line Set.
Purchase and install all necessary Line Set piping and fittings to connect Line Set to New Air Handler and to New Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Condenser Pad.
Purchase and install all necessary line voltage wiring for new Air Handler.
Seal and insulate any ductwork that is installed by EPH. (Ductwork must be sealed with Mastic Tape or UL approved Mastic sealant and use R-8 Bubble Wrap to insulate ductwork installed by EPH.
Existing Ductwork is to remain.
Fill and test all Line Set and Equipment with 300psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks.
Evacuate moisture from all Line Set down to 500 microns.
Open service valves and charge system to meet manufactures Superheat or Sub-Cooling.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
