DESCRIPTION:
Shut down power to existing system.
Remove and dispose of existing Coil in Attic.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Goodman Horizontal 3.5 Ton Cased Evaporator Coil.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 3.5 Ton 15.2 Seer Single Stage Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing line set connected to both Coil and Condenser.
Purchase and install new properly sized refrigerant line set between existing Line Set and Coil and Condenser.
Purchase and install one new condenser pad (if needed) and secure outdoor unit in place.
Purchase and install all necessary electrical connections for Condenser.
Purchase and install one new digital thermostat. Wi-Fi capable thermostat available upon customer request included in price quote.
Seal and insulate any ductwork modified or installed as part of this project using approved materials.
Existing ductwork is to remain unless otherwise noted.
Pressure test system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks are present.
Evacuate system to 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants.
Charge system according to manufacturer specifications.
Start system and test for proper operation and performance.
All labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this installation are included unless otherwise stated.
