DESCRIPTION:
Plumb in existing tub with mixing valve to Pre-existing drain and water lines lines.
Plumb in new shower mixing valve, drain, and shutoffs to existing water lines.
Plumb in drains and faucets to new double vanity (supplied by customer) in bathroom.
Remove old and install new electric kick heater w/ thermostat.
Install 2 new gang boxes with Switch and Outlet and reduce existing outlet above vanity to single GFCI plug.
Purchase and Install all necessary fittings and pipe to complete project.
Return and install trim and finish when customer is ready.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
