Inspected the furnace cabinet, heat exchanger, burners, gas valve, igniter, flame sensor, inducer motor, pressure switch, blower motor, control board, electrical wiring, safety switches, and venting system. Checked the air filter, return and supply airflow, thermostat operation, gas piping, and accessible ductwork.

The furnace was operated through a complete heating cycle to confirm the proper sequence of operation. Verified the call for heat, inducer startup, pressure-switch closure, ignition, burner operation, flame recognition, blower activation, and system shutdown. Checked for unusual noises, visible corrosion, loose electrical connections, signs of overheating, gas leakage, and carbon-monoxide concerns. All accessible components were visually inspected and tested for safe and proper operation. Findings and any recommended repairs will be presented to the customer.

Vacuumed accumulated dust, dirt, debris, and buildup from the furnace and surrounding areas. Cleaned the return and supply air openings, accessible ductwork, filter area, and condensate drain components, where applicable. Replaced or cleaned the air filter as needed.
