Evergreen came out to do an inspection on an AC unit that was not working. Tech found that the transformer wasn’t working check then checked for grounded. And couldn’t find any tech then went to outdoor condenser found that the contactor was bad tech recommended customer to replace. Customer wanted to replace himself. Tech stated the issue could still happen depending on if there’s more issues.
