AC Repair, Install & Replacement near Gilbert Stuart Road in Saunderstown, RI

Evergreen Services was called out to property for 6 annual HPCUs on existing central air systems in dwelling.
Upon arrival service expert found the following systems needed to be charged/repaired and/or require a cleaning:

- UNIT 1.1 (UNIT 6) Needs two new Schrader Valves on Kings/Service Valves to enable service expert to check for proper refrigerant level. Schrader caps are holding back the entire charge from escaping. Replace both Schrader Cores with new.

- UNIT 1.2 (UNIT 5) Pressures and Temperatures are both nominal system is operating as it should. System does not need a deep cleaning and has a new indoor filter at evaporator coil inside of dwelling.

- UNIT 1.3 (UNIT 4) Pressures and Temperatures are both nominal system is operating as it should. System does not need a deep cleaning and has a new indoor filter at evaporator coil inside of dwelling.

- UNIT 2.1 (UNIT 3) System does not need a deep cleaning, indoor filter has been replaced. Unit does need a minimum of 1Lb of R-410a refrigerant. VSAT & Subcooling are reading at or below nominal ranges. Add R-410a and test for proper operation.

- UNIT 2.2 (UNIT 2) System is extremely low on charge potentially causing the system to freeze. This unit will need 2-4Lbs of R-410a. Suction Pressure is down to 40psi (Typical range is 110-130psi) Subcooling is reading into the negatives.
Add R-410a and run system to ensure proper operation. This outdoor unit needs a minor condenser cleaning to ensure proper efficiency and airflow for compressor to cool.

- UNIT 2.3 (UNIT 1) Pressures and Temperatures are both below average with a VSAT of 33.3 Degrees. (32=Freezing). Recommend to add R-410a for this system and then test for proper operation.

Evergreen Services will return to perform work mentioned above and then test all systems to ensure all our in proper working order at this time. No warranty on pre-existing equipment.
