Furnace Repair, Install & Replacement in Providence, RI

Upon arrival, customer stated that the furnace was not operating properly. Performed a diagnostic inspection of the 90% high-efficiency gas-fired forced hot air furnace located in the basement.

Inspected system wiring, safety controls, and associated components. Furnace displayed Error Code 33, indicating a safety-related fault/lockout condition.

Reset the system, and the furnace restarted and operated without issues. Allowed the furnace to complete several heating cycles while monitoring operation. The system cycled properly and responded to the thermostat as expected.

Current Status: Furnace is operating normally at this time. No additional issues were observed during testing.

Recommendation: Customer should continue monitoring furnace operation and contact the office if the error code returns or the system experiences further heating issues. Additional diagnostics may be required if the fault reoccurs.
