Scope of Work

1. Indoor Piping and Drain Separation

Disconnect existing sump discharge line from sanitary building drain connection

The existing building drain tie into prevent gas or sewage back up

Reroute existing piping to schedule 40 PVC discharge piping towards the

designated exterior wall

Penetrate exterior wall and weather seal inside now

2. Exterior Freezer-Free Discharge Assembly

Install exterior grade PVC discharge drop with supports

Install freeze proof indirect air gap fitting to ensure continuous pump discharge

if the underground tailpiece ever freezes

Connect transition adapter from air gap receptacle to 3 inch underground, drain

4. Trenching and Underground Pipe Installation

Excavate trench approximately 4 feet away from the house with proper pitch

away from found

Bed trench with clean, crushed rock to prevent lines settlement, and promote

drainage

Install and connect 3 inch perforated drain line

Install Pop-up drainage emitter at the end of the 3 inch line safely away from

the foundation flush with the existing turf level to ensure a smooth, finish the

Backfill trench over buried pipe with excavated soil

Exclusions :

Work includes backfilling the trench to rough grade only. Contractor is strictly not responsible for lawn restoration,receding grass, sod replacement, topsoil dressing are repairing turf and plantings destroyed by excavation.
