Subject: Installation of New Goodman 80% Warm Air Furnace in Place of Existing Carrier Gas-Fired Warm Air Furnace with Existing Condenser and Coil to Remain
DESCRIPTION:
Existing Natural Gas Main is to remain.
Shut down Natural Gas and Power to existing Furnace.
Remove and dispose of existing Gas-Fired Furnace in basement.
Existing Central Air Conditioning Coil is to remain.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 60k Btu Warm-Air Furnace Natural Gas Fired Multi-Speed Single Stage ECM 80% AFUE with 3-Ton Drive. Model: GR9S800603BN
Existing Coil and Condenser R-22 2-Ton is to remain.
Purchase and install all necessary ductwork from newly installed Furnace to existing supply and return Duct.
Purchase and install all necessary line voltage wiring for new Goodman Furnace.
Purchase and install one new Filter Rack/Grill on Return Ductwork. (Merv 8 Filter comes with system customer may purchase any MERV filter they choose EPH recommends purchasing filters from Amazon or supply souse online.)
Seal and insulate any ductwork that is installed by EPH. (Ductwork must be sealed with Mastic Tape or UL approved Mastic sealant and use R-8 Bubble Wrap to insulate ductwork installed by EPH.
Existing Thermostat is to be replaced with Honeywell T-Series or if Wi-Fi is requested by customer Nest Pro but system must have 5-wire at thermostat.
Purchase and install all new Smoke Pipe piping and fittings from newly installed Warm-Air Furnace to Chimney.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
EXCLUSIONS:
Existing Cased Coil is to remain.
Existing B-Vent is to remain.
Existing (ductwork) source of heat throughout home is all to remain.
EPH is not responsible for any existing Condensate Drains, Condensate Pumps and Condensate Vinyl Tubing that is compromised or blocked after EPH preforms all work stated above.
EPH is not responsible for any existing Secondary Drain Pans with or withoutWetSwitch
