Take apart indoor units
Put a bib around head
Spray with coil cleaner
Rinse with pressure washer
Blow out drains with nitrogen and flush with water
If that doesn’t clear them then with have to go outside and remove slimduct and try to clean them from there if that doesn’t clean then will have to quote out replacing drains
Put units back together
Spray outdoor condensers with coil clean
Rinse condensers with water
Test units for proper operation
